Gradual Progression: Avoid pushing too hard too soon to prevent injury. 2. Listen to Your Body: Respect its limits and rest when you need it. 3. Stay Consistent: Soreness fades as your body adapts (thankfully!) 4. Hydrate and Eat Well: Support muscle recovery with a balanced diet.
