新国立劇場バレエ団「ドン・キホーテ」（2016年5月8日東京、新国立劇場）
今回のバレエ鑑賞には、ちょうどザ・ウェルズの講習会を終えたばかりのダイアン・ファン・ショール先生にもご同行いただくことができました。
イギリスのバレエスタイルである「チェケッティ」のスタイルを伝え、ロイヤル・バレエ団やロイヤル・バレエ・スクールでも長年指導をされて来たダイアン先生の目には、日本のバレエがどのように映るのか、楽しみでもあり、また半ば緊張感をもちながら同席させていただきました。
主役の二人は小野絢子さんと福岡雄大さん。
まず、1幕を終えて先生が仰ったのは「今日では珍しい純粋なクラシックバレエの美しさをもったバレエ団ですね。コールドやバックのダンサー達もとても良くリハーサルされていて完成度の高い素晴らしい舞台です。」というご感想でした。過剰な演技を抑え、シンプルで美しいクラシックのラインが際立つバレエ団の特徴を、両手放しで褒めてくださるのを聞いて、とても嬉しい気持ちになりました。
2幕、3幕と舞台が進んでも、その完成された美しさは変わらず、最後までとてもクリーンな舞台でした。そしてソリストの質の高さはもちろんのこと、登場人物全てのバランスが取れた、明るく楽しいドン・キホーテでした。
願わくは、地方公演をするなどして、もっと公演数を増やしていただきたいと思います。これほど素晴らしい舞台を東京だけ、それも５公演だけというのは、何とも勿体ないことです。日本中のバレエファンの方に楽しんでいただきたいですね！

先月Sugar Plum Fairyを踊らせていただきました✨またこの役を踊れて幸せでした😌
ポーランドでは戦争の影響でロシアに関するものは上演できません。そのため音楽は違いますが振付、お衣裳は同じものになります。Youri Vámos版のくるみ割り人形はとても難易度の高い振付ですが、パートナーと話し合って作り上げていけたのかなと思います✨

🩰 How`s week two treating you? Getting back into training after a break can be mentally and physically tough.
Here`s a few tips to get you through.
1. Gradual Progression: Avoid pushing too hard too soon to prevent injury.
2. Listen to Your Body: Respect its limits and rest when you need it.
3. Stay Consistent: Soreness fades as your body adapts (thankfully!)
4. Hydrate and Eat Well: Support muscle recovery with a balanced diet.
