週末コース：2016年12月17日～18日
平日夜コース：2016年12月19日～20日
ボーイズコース：2016年12月19日～20日
クリスマスの直前！
バーミンガムにあるエルムハースト・バレエ・スクールから2名のベテラン教師が来日します。
今回は週末と平日の二つのコースに加え、ボーイズクラスも開講します。
また春同様、ロバート・パーカー芸術監督から、特に優秀と認められた2名の参加者へ、2017年8月のサマースクールへの参加許可と授業料と寮宿泊費のスカラーシップを授与していただけることとなりました。
詳細、お申込みは10月15日から、The Wellsのホームページでご覧いただけます。
また、The Wellsの会員の方には特別に、10月11日から先行にてお申込みを受付けます。
少人数のクラスですので、ご希望の方は、どうぞお早目にお申込みください。
（スタジオのサイズに限りがあります。定員以上の受付はいたしかねますので何卒ご理解ください。）

先月Sugar Plum Fairyを踊らせていただきました✨またこの役を踊れて幸せでした😌
ポーランドでは戦争の影響でロシアに関するものは上演できません。そのため音楽は違いますが振付、お衣裳は同じものになります。Youri Vámos版のくるみ割り人形はとても難易度の高い振付ですが、パートナーと話し合って作り上げていけたのかなと思います✨

🩰 How`s week two treating you? Getting back into training after a break can be mentally and physically tough.
Here`s a few tips to get you through.
1. Gradual Progression: Avoid pushing too hard too soon to prevent injury.
2. Listen to Your Body: Respect its limits and rest when you need it.
3. Stay Consistent: Soreness fades as your body adapts (thankfully!)
4. Hydrate and Eat Well: Support muscle recovery with a balanced diet.
