英国ロイヤル・バレエ・スクールが、2018年に初めて香港で「スプリング・コース」を開催します。
日本からはわずか５時間で行かれる香港にて、本格的なロイヤル・バレエ・スクールのコースが受講できるチャンスです。
また、希望者は既に出願〆切となっている、9月からの本校留学オーディションも受験できます。

※審査はポーズ写真の提出のみとなります。

参加費：￡1,000（寮はありません）
英国の春休みはキリスト教の祝日イースターによって移動しますが、2018年は日本の学校の春休みとちょうど重なるので、日本の学生さんたちも、学校をお休みせずにスプリングコースに参加可能です。（スプリング・コースに出願する場合、サマースクールの同時出願も可能です）

先月Sugar Plum Fairyを踊らせていただきました✨またこの役を踊れて幸せでした😌
ポーランドでは戦争の影響でロシアに関するものは上演できません。そのため音楽は違いますが振付、お衣裳は同じものになります。Youri Vámos版のくるみ割り人形はとても難易度の高い振付ですが、パートナーと話し合って作り上げていけたのかなと思います✨

🩰 How`s week two treating you? Getting back into training after a break can be mentally and physically tough.
Here`s a few tips to get you through.
1. Gradual Progression: Avoid pushing too hard too soon to prevent injury.
2. Listen to Your Body: Respect its limits and rest when you need it.
3. Stay Consistent: Soreness fades as your body adapts (thankfully!)
4. Hydrate and Eat Well: Support muscle recovery with a balanced diet.
